How do I handle technical support for my clients?
You will be the first point of contact for all your customer support requests. You can then contact our technical Support team to provide some assistance or you can subscribe to the full technical support service for all your customers’ problems.
I have been asked to move my client sites to my Reseller. What should I do?
We transfer your customers’ websites to you in full if you request free transportation with the following conditions:
1. The client should be the user of the cPanel control panel only
2. The maximum number of sites to be transferred is only 50. If more than 50 sites are required, there will be an additional cost of $10 per site.
What about backups?
We backup your customers’ sites once per day, and store 30 historic snapshots, provided the account has fewer than 150,000 files and 100GB data stored. You will have the ability to self-restore individual files, folders, email accounts, databases and more via your reseller control panel. You can also allow your customers to self-restore themselves, or you can disable this privilege, as you see fit.
Please note that the backups we take are a benefit alone, and though they are extremely reliable, we make no warranty that they will always complete each night or that they will be error free. We therefore recommend that you ensure that you regularly take your own backups of your customers’ sites, or otherwise ensure that they do so. Though we will always aim to help you restore from any backups we had, we cannot accept any liability in the event that any data is deleted and we are unable to restore from a backup point.
What is WHM?

It contains all the features that help you to manage hosting accounts and everything you want for the comprehensive management of your sites, which you seek, where you can control and determine the possibilities of the account of each client such as Bandwidth, space, etc.

How do I bill my customers?
Ultimately this is your decision, our system does not lock you into any one particular billing method.
Our server software, cPanel, does have a full API so you are able to link your existing billing software with it, or write your own custom software. We would recommend using one of the pre-written billing systems designed for web hosting, which already integrate with cPanel. With our Pro reseller plans, we include a license for WHMCS, which we feel is one of the best hosting billing solutions out there. On the Micro and Starter plans we will provide the license for a small monthly fee, which is much less than what you would pay should you buy the license from WHMCS directly.
WHMCS integrates with more than 50 different payment gateways, such as PayPal, Authorize.net and SagePay so you can easily accept card payments online.
Can you support my customers?
No. The main reason we are able to offer you such a great price to host a large number of sites is because the support burdon us is reduced by you dealing directly with your customers. Even if you are relatively new to this, you will find that in time, and with the help of our extensive knowledge base you will very quickly be able to answer most of your clients’ questions. Should you be sent a question you do not understand fully, we will be able to offer you our advice, which you can then relay to your customers.
